Deposit Requirements


Check deposts are required for all advanced reservations. We will only take credit cards for reservations made no more than two weeks before arrival date.

  • Deposit applies to your last night’s stay.
  • Balance due on arrival in cash, traveler’s checks, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover only.). BALANCE ON SPECIALS AND OR PACKAGES MUST BE PAID IN CASH ONLY.
  • Deposits refundable less 25% if notified 2 weeks in advance of arrival. No refund on unused days, early departures, or no shows – no exceptions.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date no refund of deposit no exceptions.
  • Deposits not transferable to future reservations.
  • Check-in Time is 4 PM. Please do not arrive prior to 4 PM.
  • Check-out Time is before 11 AM
  • No refunds due to weather or early check-out.
  • Changes in reservation are subject to cancellation policy and availability
  • All rates subject to New Jersey Sales and Tourism Tax.
  • Reservations held until 7 p.m. unless otherwise notified.
  • Rates listed apply only to advance reservations made prior to June 1.
  • Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid.
  • All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
  • This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Maximum occupancy rate July 6 to Labor Day. Rates Subject to NJ State Sales, Tourism Taxes. These rates do not apply to Groups, Conventions or Holidays. Rates subject to change unless secured by advance reservation.
  • One parking space per unit, strictly enforced, regardless of unit type.
  • No bicycles in rooms & No roller blading on premises.
  • As a matter of public health, children who are not fully potty trained must wear a “SWIM DIAPER” in pool.
  • Minimum night stays may apply.
  • Specific room locations cannot be guaranteed.
  • Sorry, no pets or Emotional Support Animals Allowed. Only Certified Service Animals..
  • All guests must be over 25 years of age to book a reservation or be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
  • Beach Tags, two (2) per room, are supplied to our guests only. Lost Beach Tag Fee may apply. Guests are guaranteed beach tags at 4pm of their check-in each day. Beach tags must be returned by 3pm of their check-out day to avoid fees.

Due to the COVID-19 virus, we will be closing the office at this time to follow the guidelines of social distancing. We will still be able to answer emails from home. Please do only one of the following: Please either email us from our reservation request form on our website OR leave a voice message. By doing only one, you will be helping us out when we return to the office to answer the voice messages of people who were unable to email us. We appreciate your cooperation with this request, and we hope that everyone stays safe and healthy.
